I still can't believe I'm here typing a tribute to you, Jordan. I couldn't bring myself to do this when you passed, but I can now.

We weren't close by an means, acquaintances truthfully, but we went to high school together, at East Detroit High (now known as Eastpointe High), and would speak here and there online after we graduated in the same class: 2016. You were always silly, chatty, and had a lot of energy back then. You were goofy, and very easy to talk to and get along with. You were the definition of "a people person", as you could honestly strike up a conversation with anyone, including me (who was very awkward back then, ahaha).

If there is an afterlife, I hope you are catching up with your mom, friends, and family who departed this world before you. I know everyone, especially your mom, are glad to see you, but the people down here miss you, man - including myself.

I knew Jordan when he was a student at Forest Park. He was a sweet kid and very funny. I don’t think these traits were what got him sent to the office though. But I really liked his frequent visits and enjoyed his humor. I’m so sorry for the family’s loss. My thoughts and prayers with you all. 🙏❤️🙏

Jordan, where do I begin... I am in complete shock. We grew up around the block from each other. Water fights, laughs, cries, bb gun fights etc. You were such a kind soul that just needed to be free. I'm so so sorry I just lost all connection with you.. you will be missed. See you again❤️

Jordan is a true friend. I can't even count the amount of times this guy has helped me out or had my back at the drop of a hat. He was like a literal body guard for me at some points in life and he never backed down or showed fear. He always wanted to come over and when he did we always had the best conversations, we loved to mess with eachother and make digs at eachother but it was always all in good fun. I love his laugh and smile. My whole family loved him, we grew up together and have been friends since childhood. He loved Eastpointe & he loved to party!! this guy could light up a room like nobody else & that contagious laugh would just have me laughing too! Everytime! Jordan loved rapping he always told me to slap on a beat once I did it was game over and we came up with some of the silliest bars ever! Our raps were literally ridiculous and out of hand but what can I say he brought out the immaturity in me, someone I wasn't afraid to be immature with! (My adult friend who wasn't too cool to act like a kid with me! ) He loved our silly raps & I did too. The grief I'm feeling over losing this guy is unreal. We liked to do chalk art together too over the summer he made JORDAN in blue chalk to look like graffiti and I thought that was too cool! Another thing about Jordan, he loved animals so much, he loved my pets and his. Jordan was my go to man because he was literally so helpful and sweet. He was smart too! The times when we would have a arguement we would make up so quickly, he's the type of person you can't stay mad at for long.
I'm gonna miss you Jordan you're such a sweetheart and I'm gonna miss you for the rest of my life. The friend I'll never forget. One of my dearest, best, reliable friends. I miss you Jordan, I miss our conversations, walks, drives, adventures, hugs, our CRAZY times !! (Our inside jokes) dang I miss this man. Rest easy Jordan you are sooooo very loved!! 💙 I love you forever. You'll always be a part of our family, you will be forever in my heart Jordan.
