I will alway remember meeting Frank at the Port Huron marina in 1995. Then finding out we had friends in common. Frank, Jere, Walt and I enjoyed many a meal together at Coral Ridge Yacht Club and at Kelly's landing.. He was the best Sargent of arms CRYC ever had. My condolences to Jere and family. Our thoughts are with you during this difficult time.
