I would like to express my deepest sympathy to the family. I've known Leonard since the early 70's. He was a great teacher and true professional. Check out the picture of Leonard and his City of Detroit and Wayne County Assessor colleagues. He was the type of person that was always there for you. He gave you his opinion but let you decide on your course of action. I'll miss him but his wisdom lives on.
