Mrs. Carmelita M. Carter

February 22, 1948 - January 25, 2010

CARTER, Carmelita, age 61, of Eastpointe, died Monday, January 25, 2010 at University of Michigan Hospital. Survived by her husband James Carter, her children Christine (Dan) Sutherland, Amy (Jeff) Whelan, Christopher and James (Kim) Joseph. Grandchildren Victoria, Ryan, Yvonne, Ian and James. Brothers and sisters George (Candice) Wayne (Carolyn), Lawrence (Tracey), Brother and sister-in-laws, Robert (Ellie), Michael (Natalie), Patricia (John) Turri. Also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral Information

A Memorial Service will held 12:00 PM Friday, January 29, 2010 at Lakeland Manor, 26211 Harper Avenue, St. Clair Shores, Michigan 48081, where the family will gather from 11:00 AM until time of service.
