Condolence: Dear family. I am so sorry for the loss of your dear loved one. What brings me comfort in times like these is the scripture found at Revelation 21: 3, 4 where God promises to do away with all sickness and death forever. Please accept my heartfelt condolences and may Jehovah, the God of all comfort, be with your family during this most difficult time in your lives.

Condolence From: Rick Myers
Condolence: Back in the 1980's, when I was a very young police chief in Wayne County, Bruce took me under his wing, was always very kind and supportive, and made me feel like an equal with the peer group of chiefs. His generosity and ability to put everyone at ease were qualities I've long tried to emulate. Although I left Michigan in 1991 as my career as a chief took me to 5 other states and I lost touch with Bruce, I will never forget the impact he had on me when I needed it most. He lived a full life, and while the family will grieve the loss of a great man, you may celebrate the gift that he was for such a long and rich life.
